Every one in business gets criticism at some stage. Most accept it and learn from it if it is a genuine complaint. In this case the guy has made a derogatory comments and the ownership group possibly want to know why.
I have already posted a message advising him to contact these guys and sort it out. Foolishly he has decided not to take that bit of advice.
