A review is simply one person's personal opinion, and what one person likes another won't. Most hotels in Legian are fine. Not sure of the cost per night but we stayed at Puri Raja and would highly recommend that. I have friends that stayed at the Melasti Beach Resort in August this year and they thought that good value.
