Beach ? are the beaches only filthy in

Kuta, Legian and Seminyak area ?
I am hoping that the beaches on the other side - Sanur, amed, Nusa Dua etc are ok and not suffering from the dead fish and washed up litter probelem.
Thinking of staying on the east coast for longer if that is the case
