just another way off ripping off the tourists, lets face it most go to have fun and have afew drinks here and there. And now that its the xmas holiday period what a load of crap the government is trying to pull. Considering alot of the hotels are owned by the dodgy Suhato clan I am surprised they are putting up with it.
Vietnam is cheeper.
