Just got back from our second trip to Bali & stayed at the Melasti Legian. It has gotten very expensive and is starting to age (badly). The staff were not as friendly as first trip.Will look at other resorts next time for better value for money.
We visited our sponsor child at the Sobangan school and had a great time. The kids mobbed us and couldn't get enough of the balls we brought as a gift. For a measly $110 AU per year, the benefits for the school kids are fantastic. The program is administered by Rotary and is well worth while. My work has a casual dress day every Friday so we all kick in a gold coin and fund the sponsorship that way.
