took a class at Warung Enak in November. It lasted from 8am until 1pm. Then we ate the dishes we had prepared earlier. I was very good. There were 4 students, 1 teacher and each of us could be as hands on as we wanted.
The market portion was in the am. It was fun but a really long time to stay in the kitchen.
