I did my course at Casa Luna. We went to the markets where everything was explained. I was lucky enough to have Janet, and I certainly got in there and had a go at the cooking. Was reasonable size group but maybe less than what others have had. Anyway I found it great. The food was beautiful. Had a great lunch and got some receipes to take away. Still use them. So I thought this class was great.
