I did their class a couple of years back and there were so many people jammed in that you couldn't even see what was being done, forget about actually joining in and taking part. The market tour was good, but since there were so many of us and it's kinda narrow through there, you usually couldn't hear what was being expained about the ingredients because you were too far away from the instructor.

If you want to actually gain something out of it and join in, then pick one of the others. I'm guessing that a higher price means less people per class - lower price means they'll pack in as many as they can to make up the dollars for the day.
