We stayed at this hotel a few years ago. Used So Clean Laundry, Jl Pratama 55 Nusa Dua. They will pick up and deliver to hotel. Call 0361 770354. Very good service and cheap.
The money changer we used mostly was Kodak shop in Tanjung Benoa - not far up from the NDBH.
