trust me ther has been a price hike,my husband and i stayed there 3 years ago and $40aud per night i have just had a quote from them for august 2009 and have come back $68usd and that was a special rate because i am a return customer.Apart from the price being a bit out of my range now we thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend if it suits your budget,Agree basic for the prices they now charge.
