- about Rp400-500,000 for the day (all costs included) and get away from the southern tourist areas. Thats around about Aus$60 or so for a private vehicle for the two of you for all day - a bargain!
Bali is not a large island and you can go from Kuta to anywhere else and back in a day. Start early, don't stop too often or for too long and see what you can see. Use the trip as a planning exercise to work out where you want to go and spend more time on another day or another holiday in Bali.
Toss a coin to see if you go east or west, then again to see if you go with the winner of the first toss or north.
