bump you. Many hotels seem to find you a room when you say you are not going anywhere and make a scene. As long as you have some sort of email sent to them. Demand what you booked and I have always found I have got it. Many others will move but I tend to stand my ground and even at Garden View have been given a room when they said they did not have one.
