I would expect that most Balinese restaurants would have nut residue throughout the kitchen, so even if the meal itself is nut-free, she is likely to ingest traces.

I just went to Bali with a one year old nad two year old who are fussy eaters. We got an apartment at the Sanur Paradise Plaza Suites and it had a kitchen. I bought food at Hardy's supermarket and cooked their meals in the apartment or took food out with us. The hotel breakfast was fine.

Anyway, just thought self-catering might make it a bit less stressful for you. We got a babysitter when we wanted to eat out. (Casey, who is often recommended here and who is wonderful).
