Lion Air SNG - DPS

I have been trying to book a return flight Singapore to Bali with Lion Air but it wont accept my credit card. I have checked all details and they are correct. Yes there is more than enough money on the card (VISA DEBIT CARD). Is there a trick to this site or has anyone else had trouble?
