After you get off the plane go to the VOA window where you pay & get your receipt, then proceed to the immigration desks behind where one person affixes the visa label to a new page in your passort.
The next person behind them does the stamping etc.
$10 USD for 7 days
$25 USD for up to 30 days
Best currency is up to the individual.
Have paid in USD, AUD & Rupiah & was much the same time wise.
Price calculated on the exchange rate on the day
Have charged VOA for a while now.
Don't see it as rude.
We charge Indonesians a non refundable visa application fee which is quite expensive in comparison & the process is more difficult
