The cat was getting attention from a group of female tourists on our last day. I saw one person give it some drops of some sort. They could have been antibiotics.
Regarding the donations, I phoned the General Manager's office of Garuda here in Perth and spoke with his PA. She advised that they were no longer issuing extra kilos for donations due to the cost of aviation fuel and that this situation is unlikely to change in the foreseeable future.
