if the card was actually skimmed in Kuta or if the money was in fact taken in some different way.
Having helped tourists deal with 3 different credit card hassles over the last week I would like to know the full story.
In each case the tourist told me their card was skimmed when in fact it was not the case.
I once had a very large sum of money taken from an account when I was no where near an ATM nor a bank and my card was still locked in my safe.
