Hey there camajm,
Try 2 places for Chrissy dinner, Indo-National just up Jalan Padma from you or Bali Rock on Jalan Melasti. You would have to book at both places. Not sure of the cost at Indo but Bali Rock is 99000 Rp for adults, 49000 for kids between 3 & 10, & under 3 for free.
