We stayed in the Tuban area so not sure what kind of restaurants are around the Legian area so can't help you out much there, sorry, but I have heard Ku De Ta is fabulous, a bit pricey but very much worth it. Next time we go to Bali we will be going there as we didn't have enough time to this time round.
