I've never had a problem in 6 trips to Bali. But there's always the risk of a hidden keylogger running in the background. Undetectable unless you know what to look for, and even with the right software and scanners, you will not normally have administrator access in order to run them anyway. So if your slightly paranoid like me. I always copy and paste my user ID or/and password one letter at a time from words already on the screen somewhere. Tedious, but it only takes a minute or two. I normally also paste and type a few extra letters radomly here and there and then delete them to confuse the keylogger.
Google search "beating keyloggers" for more info. Keyloggers also take screenshots every second or so but it's still almost impossible to reproduce somebodies ID and Password when using this method.
