We used netfare VIPVOA on sunday and they were fantastic! We had our luggage missing and they helped us file a claim etc... we would have been lost as to what to do otherwise! (We still are missing one bag, but not their fault) It was lovely to get off the plane and have someone meet us and give us cold drinks (beer included)and a cool place to wait while they took care of everything. I would highly recommend them!
