I always use Medibank Private travel insurance, much cheaper than the one they try to flog at the travel agents. And you can organise it over the phone. Discount if you are a member. My son is diabetic, and they never check the colour of my knickers before they will cover us. Very happy with them. They are backed by Mondial Assistance. 1800 010 075
