It's your responsiblity to holiday and there's to pay for their rent. It will start with rent and then they will always ask for money. Sorry but this is my feeling on this.
It happens to many times and know of a few people that have been burned. The phone kept ringing for more and more money.
Think seriously about this before you do anything.
