I went there and was quoted 350,000 for a few foils on the top no cut or anything, walked out after paying nearly 700,000 still no cut but they decided i needed a treatment ( because she was busy) which cost me 350,000, yes they speak English, when she did speak that is! i thought she was quite rude, but in saying that she might have had a off day, i will never go back though
