I have hired manual bikes and they were 200cc Honda Hero.
I use Toursafe Travel Insurance and they are underwritten by QBE and i was covered to ride any size bike without having to get an Indonesian Licence.
I just used my OZ licenec with International Licence from RAC (Perth in my case.
