here in australia. just send an e-mail to either dpsrrmz@merpati.co.id OR dpskkmz@merpati.co.id (merpati offices in denpasar). you can then pick up and pay for your tickets at the domestic terminal when you arrive in bali.the cost at the moment for a return in april, 2009 is 824,000 rupiah !
