I just booked on line with my credit card. So easy. We will book a couple of nights accommodation and then just barter once we get there - I don't think things will be insanely busy in March.... Well, hopefully not anyway. Heaps of places to stay and I like to try something different each time. We also go to Lombok and Yogjakarta for a few days so we will play it by ear.
