I am flying Jetstar (due to cheap prices, normally fly Garuda) I rang up after getting one of the emails too.
The guy on the other end said the time arriving in Bali was because of daylight savings. I said: Darwin does not have daylight savings. Then he said Bail did. I replied: I travel to Bail a lot and know that Bali does not. I tried to do the Maths for him but he did not want to know about it.
Anyway as long as I do not miss the plane, I am happy to be travelling to Bali. The regulars know how long it takes: 2hrs & 30 mins.
