You have chosen peak school holiday times and most hotels will definitely be fully booked.
If you can get a place on the beach in that area, grab it fast.
The Jayakarta is a bigger hotel and may have rooms, so try there also.
He may also like the buzz off more people his age around him as the Sari Beach is definitely a hush toned place. :) :)
