As bbkelly says anyone can go to Makro, you can get a daily discount card at the counter at the entrance or you can get a Makro plastic discount card if you tell them you have lived in Bali for one year, they only ask for name and address in Indonesia and give you one on the spot, they do not ak for confirmation. Enjoy the discount EOM.
