show/provide sufficient reasons to return (especially if you are in a relationship)
eg letter from employer granting time off, letter from banjar if applicable, reason for returning - work, family responsibilities, duties with the banjar etc
Support the fact that he is just holidaying by providing your proposed itinerary of what you will do & see together whilst here.
Money in their bank should not matter that much as your letter should state you will be financially responsible etc.
If you can provide bank statements for them showing their deposits from working or regular income, all the better.
As for your visitor not having travelled before, owning property, not having a lot of money in the bank & being sponsored by a married couple because you are in a relationship, I haven't found this to be an issue either personally or with friends who have recently applied.
If they also think the person sponsoring them though does not have enough money in their account, they may also knock it back or require someone financially secure to sponsor.
Sometimes it is better to apply for only a month on the first visit too as they think the person may try to work while they are here.
Issues will probably mainly be ..length of stay you applied for, reasons for return, the possibility he will try to work here, whether you have the means to support him while here.
You can apply again as soon as you want...just provide as much documentation as you can supporting his reason to return, employment, your financial status etc.
The more the better.
