Why waste money on a personal trainer when all you need to do is, like me, the basics.
Have a run on the beach or early morning swim in the pool followed by a few exercises.
You are on holidays so you only want to maintain a level of fitness not get fitter.
If you have no idea about training or want to be part of the personal trainer wankfest then there is always someone on the beach doing some sort of training in the mornings so you can join in with them. I am sure they would like the company.
