It appears many formites seem to be really serious and may have lost their sense of humour!!! So here goes - I'll try and lighten the mood!
While on holiday in Bali this September we visited the Safari Park. My young daughter 3yo was waiting in line to "cuddle" an orangutang. As the sun was beating down and the que long, I said to hubby "You stand in line and I will sit in the shade with the kids while we wait." My youngest was hot and hungry so I abliged with a packet of chips. The orangutangs sense of smell was amazing. It leapt of the podium and made a b - line for my daughter. My reaction was to grab the chips and put myself in front of my little one. The said escapee merely climbed on to my back and proceeded to reach over my shoulder to try and put it's hand in the packet! SHOCKED to say the least! the keeper was quick to collect his charge from my possession much to the delight of my daughters. Every time the keeper would get monkey almost back to the podium he would turn and try to run back to us! Needless to say the chips were promptly deposited inthe nearest bin!
Moral of the story is if you don't want to share don't open the packet in company!!
