Its the norm in Bali,like a lot of the world.
Its cool thought that you can negotiate in Bali.
Get a local rental motor bike,you get used to the "C" word.
Get stopped for some reason by a local cop,warranted or not,the price can be negoitated.
Flying out of the airport a few days over your visa,The price can be negoitated.
I done both.
And although they are outright crooks, they are so nice about it.
How can you refuse!
