I suggest you contact BAWA in Ubud on either 0361 977217 or 0361 981490 - they may be able to recommend a vet in your area or you may even be able to pay them for the vaccination. Failing that send me an email (click on my name in blue and remove the no_spam) and I may be able to recommend a vet. I don't like to put the vet's name and number on here without her permission.
