Nice sandy beach.... in Amed it's a black sand beach or rocky beaches. The beach at life in Amed (my neighbour) is black sand, but many fishing boats on the beach.(which you'll find along the whole coast of Amed). The only hotel I know that has a boat free beach in front is Vienna Beach...but they don't have a pool. Life in Amed has beautiful rooms, and you are at walking distance of the Vienna Beach hotel beach. Between the both there is a great restaurant: Sails.

Besides that, great food in most of the places along Amed coast.
If you go with google earth to Amed Bali, you'll find plenty of info and pictures of that area.
