I had the pleasure of doing the bike tour with Bingtang Tours in July this year and it was fantastic. I hadn't been on a bike for over 25 years until about a week before i went i had a practice run around the neighbourhood to make sure i remembered how to ride. It was a brilliant day and run at a very leisurely pace - i think some of the more experienced riders would have prefered a bit more speed but i never felt i was ever being left behind. Our guide was brilliant and really looked after us throughout the day even giving the odd massage to weary bones etc. An experience never to be forgotten that is for sure.
