Have stayed in both hotels. I prefer the Griya because it has the better swimming beach, is a smaller hotel, is walking distance to supermarket, fashion shops and lots of eating places, and beach market. Griya now has new Garden Rooms, which a previous poster says are very good. Their Beach Rooms are good, but not new. I prefer the upstairs rooms for privacy and view.
