can have horror stories like this unfortunately, we were threatened by a drunk on "Australian Airlines" they did nothing kept serving him, we complained on our return to yes we know of the incident and will train staff so this does not happen again, this was the one and only time in over 20years of travelling to Bali and never ever again will we use Qantas or their subsidiaries, on a Garuda flight last year drunk older aussies were refused any more alchohol they persisted and the hostie kept on refusing, so ??? guess what staff are actually on the flight not the airline
