i live in bali. recently i was called home as my nieces baby boy passed away. i was terribly upset on the plane on the way home (was the longest flight of my life) and asked for assistance from the airline to get me through immigration faster. they were very obliging and i was met by ground staff at the door of the plane, and was assisted from there right through to the exit doors.
the supervisor on duty at the time was a lovely lady, and i recently saw her at the airport. i walked over to thank her, and she was very gracious in saying that its just her job.
i have no complaints about garuda at all.
