Holy Crap who'd have thought this would be such a big issue! My boys were Page boys at a wedding at ages 2 and 4 and although we hired the suits, they were adorable. I'm sure you will have no problems having suits made for them in Bali and I get all my stuff made at a tailor opposite Rosani Hotel in the lane off Melasti St. I think it's called Pretty Tailor but always done a great job. All the best to you and hope it all works out OK.
