Any of the tailors should be able to make up for you. I had one made for my Grandson 5 years ago who was 2 at the time, I took a pair of pants that he was wearing at that time & had taken measurements from shoulder to wrist, shoulder to waist,chest and waist measurements. The tailor was in the group of shops on the right hand side of Melasti street towards the top end near Legian Street. The shop was in the ones that run from Melasti to Legian Street in a "L" shape. The suit I had made was Great, I also had the guy's shirts made for them ( 4 all up ) in micro fibre fabric which they all still have.
But as I said any tailor should be able to accomodate you.
