Been with somebody in the states like I have who could legally buy booze in OZ but not old enough in the states where the age is 21,that person brought back duty free booze to Australia.
Same as a 17 year old taking booze into Bali,not old enough here but maybe old enough in Indonesia?
If they are allowed to drink in Bali at 17 then I say let them drink.
Plenty of under 21year old Americans drink in Australia when on holiday,and its illegal for them back home.
So no morals broken if letting a 17 year old take booze into Bali.
