through it a couple of weeks ago. It is in the position you described and is a lovely spacious villa, with three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There are also three living areas, but only a smallish pool area. The location is excellent. I was shown through, but I am not sure of the amount of service included. I believe the owner is a Kiwi.
