I travelled recently with a family...mum, dad and 2 children under 5..They bought in 4 bottles of duty free alcohol, purchased the alcohol in Australia. As far as I could tell, each person regardless of age has a duty free allowance, including alcohol. the parents just bought in their kids allowance..not sure if its right or wrong but customs in bali didnt bat an eyelid nor did the cashier selling the stuff in Australia. just my experience anyway.
