have stayed here four times, each with our young son, from age 2 to 5. There are steps to each of the rooms but we have never found it a problem. There is a shallow area in the pool for kids. We have never really eaten at the hotel much, but their food is very nice.
There are a couple of pool toys, because we left them there in September.
In short, we really like the place, think that their standard is higher than any of the other places we have looked at.
