Thanks for that Brent. Read you previous post from December. We also live on Sunshine Coast and travel to Bali 2 to 3 times a year and since direct flights from Brisbane were stopped have done the Brisbane to Sydney to Denpasar with Garuda and then Jetstar, our last trip in March we flew from Maroochydore to Sydney. Haven't had any problems so far and thankfully not the horror experience you had! Thought these new flights with Jetstar that started on 3rd December via Darwin might be an option to consider. Virgin fly direct but not keen on being cramped up on domestic plane for that long!!!
