My daughter is 1 and loves to play with hair, so go ahead and recline. It's your hair and it's fair game as far as she's concerned. :) Just hope some bald guy doesn't sit in front.. Then again, if so I'll give my 3 year old a Felt Pen.. She loves drawing butterflys and flowers.
