Girlfriend got it and went to Apotek (they are everywhere) and got some antihistamine and cream. Think the tablet was the answer, within a few hours the rash was gone. Had to take it again a few days later when out in the sun for a long time. Good to get a loofah and scrub your skin. The prickly heat comes from blocked sweat glands.
