I get a letter from my Doctor & I also copy the scripts & keep it all together with our medications. I carry all our stuff in our check in luggage. Others advise to carry in your hand luggage, but I take everything I could possibly need & really don't want to be questioned every time my hand luggage is scanned. Never had a probelm in over 30 overseas trips, but have the documentation if required.
